Since 2002, Yishu has published more than 500 artist features, interviews, panel discussions, and exhibition reviews, and all are now available on-line. The Web site features access to all texts through a search function with an extensive choice of keywords.
On the new Web site, you can also subscribe to Yishu in either hard copy or downloadable form. In addition, limited edition prints exclusive to Yishu by Xu Bing, Ding Yi, RongRong & Inri, Wang Guangyi, Wei Guangqing, Yan Lei & Hong Hao, and Zhong Biao are available for purchase.
Yishu: Journal of Contemporary Chinese Art is among the most respected publications specializing in this field of contemporary art. Yishu offers a platform for a wide range of voices telling the story of contemporary Chinese art from a diversity of perspectives, and providing dialogue and debate around current visual art forms within an expanded understanding of contemporary Chinese art.
