It is based on the ideas of the legendary "Construction in Process"- a series of exhibitions initiated by the artist Ryszard Wasko and organized by the international community of artists in the 80s and the 90s all over the world. The Biennale will take place in the public space, along the Piotrkowska Street, which will be changed into an open studio. A direct participation of the artist on site is vital. The works will be created during the so-called "workshop days". Citizens of Lodz, visitors, art-lovers and tourists, students and art critics will not only be able to observe artists during their work, but also to participate in the creative process.
